Instructions to reset password

In order to reset your password you will need to follow a few steps. We will explain each step in detail below.

Step 1: Access the Password Reset option

• Open the WeGuide app, enter your email or mobile number, and click "Login".
• Click on the "Reset Password" located below the password field.

Step 2: Click on your login link to securely login

• Check your email or SMS for a password reset link. Click on the link to set a new password.
• You will receive a link in your email to setup a new password, please click on this link 

Step 3: Set your New password

• Once you click on the link, you can set up a new password. Follow the password requirements, enter your password twice, and click on "Set Password" to set it up.

Step 4: Access your WeGuide account with your New password

• You can now log in with your email/mobile and the new password.
