In this article, we will explain how you can set up a password for your account. Follow this step-by-step guide to create your password.

Instructions to set your password 

Before you begin, ensure you have access to the email/mobile number associated with your WeGuide account. 

• Step 1: Create an Account or Login
• Step 2: Receive the Set Password Link
• Step 3: Set your password
• Step 4: Your password is now setup

Step 1: Create an Account or Login

• If you have been enrolled in a program, click on "Log in" on the WeGuide app to enter your email or mobile number
• If you have a program code, click on "Create an Account" on the WeGuide app and enter your mobile number or email address along with your first name, last name, and program code to create a new account

Step 2: Receive the Set Password Link

• Once you log in or sign up, you will receive a Set Password link via your e-mail or mobile that you used to enrol. Click on the link to set your password
• Link not received? Click on the re-send link button to request the link again.
• Click on the link in your email or mobile to set your password 

Step 3: Set your password

• Once you click on the link, you can set up your password. Follow the password requirements (you can see those in the screenshot below), enter your password twice, and click on "Create Password" to set it up.

Step 4: Your password is now setup

• You have successfully set up your WeGuide account password. Use it next time when you log in to the WeGuide app.
