App Installation Guide

Here is a user guide on installing the App on iOS and Android, or using the browser based functionality in your phone or desktop.

There are 3 ways you can use the WeGuide application. 

• iOS - an app for all apple iPhones and iPads
• Android - an app for all Android compatible devices
• Progressive Web App - this is what you would use on your browser, which works on mobiles and also desktop

Below we will explain each of the above options in more detail.

Installation on iOS

• If you have an Apple device, when you are first invited to WeGuide, click on the link provided in the initial email or SMS.
• You will be given the option to either download the Mobile Application or use the Web Application
• Click on the Mobile Application link to be redirected to the App store 

• Alternatively, you can search for "WeGuide" in App Store. 

• Here are the App details:

• Follow the normal process to download the App onto your iPhone
• You can now login to your App using the login process (be sure to use the email or mobile number that you provided during the study signup)

Installation on Android

• If you have an Android device, when you are first invited to WeGuide, click on the link provided in the email or SMS. 
• You will be given the option to either download the Mobile Application or use the Web Application

  Click on the Mobile Application link to be redirected to the Google  store
  

• Alternatively, you can search for "WeGuide" on Google Play Store.
• Here is what WeGuide appears as on the Google Play Store:

Using Web Application 

• If you prefer not to download the App, you can always access the engagement through our Web Application 
• Simply follow the link provided in your email or SMS and click on the Web Application button

• After completing that, participants will see a dashboard with all the assigned activities listed with their respective details.
