Log in to WeGuide for the first time

Here is a user guide on signing up and logging in to WeGuide as a Participant.

Picking a platform 

• In WeGuide you have the option to use WeGuide with a Native Application (an app you download on your phone) , or through a Browser (such as Safari or Chrome). 
• Once your Administrator invites you to WeGuide, you will receive an email that contains a link asking you to access you dashboard. Please click the link to access WeGuide
  
  
• You will then be presented with two options for using the WeGuide system:
  1. Native WeGuide Application - Apple iOS or Android
  2. Progressive Web Application (a browser that you can use on desktop or mobile
• Here is the initial sign up screen for WeGuide:
• Select your preference with Mobile Application or Web Application.

Using Mobile Application (Apple or Android)

• If your preference is to login with Mobile Application, you will need to download the App onto your phone. You can do this by clicking on the purple "Mobile Application" button, which will take you to the download page
• For more information on how to download and install a Mobile Application please see this article for more information.

Using the Browser Application (eg. Safari or Chrome)

• If you would prefer not to download and use the Application, you can use the browser on your Mobile or Desktop. 
• When you get to the Pick Platform page shown below, please click on the "Web Application" option in the light purple box. 

• Once you click this link you will be taken to the Login page page

Signing into WeGuide

• Click on the Login button.
• Select your preference “Mobile“ or “Email“ and enter details accordingly.
• You will get a verification page, as seen below:

• You can now check your Email ID or SMS and click on the link mentioned to log in.

You have now successfully joined WeGuide. Welcome!
