How to join your WeGuide portal

Your WeGuide portal is a private space where you can build workflows and view patient data (depending on your level of access). When you join a workspace, and Admin will create an account for you using your email address.


First thing is first, how do you actually access your WeGuide portal? Follow the steps below to join your WeGuide portal. Our check our tutorial underneath


Step 1: Check your inbox for an email invitation from WeGuide

  • When somebody from your organisation has invited you to use WeGuide, you will receive an e-mail from us in order to get started. Please open this e-mail and click on the "Join Now" button to get started.

Step 2: Choose a safe password

  • You will be taken to the WeGuide portal, where you'll be asked to setup a password. Follow the password rules, enter your password twice and click on "Create password".  
  • Once you have setup your password, you will be logged in automatically. From this moment onwards, you can login to your WeGuide portal on any desktop computer.
