Sign in to your WeGuide portal

If you have already joined the WeGuide portal and set up your account and password, you can log into WeGuide at any time. Read on to learn how to sign in to WeGuide with your email address. Or use our tutorial to get educated. 


Step 1: Log in to your WeGuide portal

  • Go to the website of your organisation. It will look something like this: https://(yourorganisationurl).weguide.com.au, eg hospital.weguide.com.au
  • Enter your e-mail and password.
  • Click on Login and you're now in the WeGuide portal!
  • If your organisation has Two-Factor Authentication enabled, read on to learn how to log in


Tip: If you want to stay logged in, then check the tickbox "keep me logged in for 7 days". If you don't tick this, you will automatically be logged out if you close your browser or after 15 minutes of inactiv


Step 2: Logging in via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • If your organisation has 2FA setup, you will be asked to enter your 2FA key, before you're granted access.
