Understanding how participants use your app: Analytics

For each one of our whitelabel applications, we are able to turn on Mixpanel Analytics. Mixpanel is a business analytics service company. Mixpanel tracks user interactions with web and mobile applications and consolidates this information into high quality dashboards. We have integrated our software with Mixpanel in order to provide analytics dashboards for our whitelabel applications.

You will need a whitelabel account with WeGuide to be able to access this analytics dashboard. For more information on whitelabels, please see here: WeGuide Whitelabel App Settings

How secure is Mixpanel?

Mixpanel is well known for its security practices. We don't send any sensitive or personal health information to Mixpanel. All analytics data is stored in servers in Europe and can be deleted on request.

Okay, so how can we take advantage of this?

WeGuide provides a generic dashboard for our clients and, on request, we can create a custom dashboard with the metrics that you're interested in. Underneath you seen an example of how a dashboard could look like:

And what about test users? Will they show in my Mixpanel data

Participants that have a name or email that includes test or testing will now be flagged in Mixpanel as a test user and can be filtered out.
