I am not able to open a record or participant
When you click on a record or on a participant name in the program or record dashboard, the individual record or participant will open in a new page, as shown underneath.
Click on the record or on the participant to open it on a new page
When you click on the record or participant and a new tab doesn't open, most likely your browser is blocking us from opening a new tab in your browser. Normally, this will be indicated by a little cross icon, visible in your browser was as shown underneath. In order to resolve this, click on the icon and allow our website to show pop-ups and redirects. This should solve the issue.
