In this article, we will explain to you which Analytics Dashboards are provided in case you have your own whitelabel application.


WeGuide Analytics Dashboard


The analytics dashboards are provided in two systems:

- Mixpanel: used for dashboards that have to do with participant behaviour in the app

- Metabase: used for dashboards that have to do with saved data within the WeGuide system


Mixpanel


Use the interactive demonstration underneath to learn how to use Mixpanel: 


Within your Mixpanel dashboard, by default, we make the following fields available within your dashboard:


  • Monthly Active Users: the total amount of users per month that at least logged in once within a certain month.
  • Daily Active Users: the total amount of users per month that at least logged in once within a certain month.
  • Number of sessions 
    • for each platform (PWA, iOS, Android)
    • per operating system
    • per browser
    • per device type
    • A session is counted as opening the app in the browser or on the device (iOS and Android)
  • Bounce Rate: the percentage of sessions where a participants opens the app, but doesn't do anything afterwards. 
  • Average session duration: the average duration (in minutes) of a single session for a participants. The higher, the better.
  • Total Sessions: The total amount of sessions. In case no filter is applied, this is for the last month.
  • Unique users: The total amount of unique participants that used the app.
  • Maximum Sessions by a User: This is your poweruser, they've used the app most out of everybody. This number is showing how many sessions they've had.
  • Average Sessions per User: The average amount of sessions per participant, within a month.
  • Minimum Session by a User. This is your least active user. This is the amount of sessions that they've had within a month. 
  • Total Number of Sessions: The amount of sessions per month, plotted on a graph.
  • Number of Essions per Day. The amount of sessions per day, plotted on a graph
  • Failed Logins (%) due to Lack of Trying. The percentage of participants that visited the login page and then ended their session.
  • Time to Login. The average time it takes to move from the Signin page to the Your Actions page. 
  • Access Rate by Device: Showing on which device type your participants use your white-label app.
  • Retention Rate: Showing, on average, how many days participants use your app in concurence. For example, if a participant used the app for 5 days, every day, their retention rate is 5.

Metabase


Use the interactive demonstration underneath to understand how you can use Metabase.



Your Metabase dashboard, by default, has the following fields available:


  • Total number of programs
  • Total number of unique participants
  • Total number of record participants
  • Opt-out rate
  • Participants by status (enrolled & invitation pending) 
  • Number of programs that participants are enrolled in 
  • Participants by communication preference
  • Participants by language preference
  • Accumulative number of unique participants by day
  • Number of participants per program 
  • Last completed activities by participants
  • Engagement status per month 
  • Total number of engagements by status

Standard and custom dashboards

The dashboard above are our standard dashboards. If you have business analysts within your organisation, they will be able to create customised dashboards themselves, by leveraging the data that's stored in our system. On request, we can also build these dashboards for you. Reach out to your implementation manager in case you're interested in this


The dashboards are presenting data on a group level, reporting usage based on individual participant is not supported.
