How to use the Dashboard for Records and Participants

The Program Dashboard shows the Clinician/Researcher/Admin a detailed overview of the outcome of the completed questionnaires. Below are the steps on its features and where you could access it.

Instructions on how to use Records Dashboard:


Here is a step-by-step guide :)


Step 1: Click on the Records Dashboard icon

  • Navigate to the Home tab and click on the Records Dashboard icon. Refer to the image below.


Step 2: View features on the Records Dashboard

  • The above step will direct you to the Records Dashboard. 


  • Here are the features of the Records dashboard:    
  • Record ID: This hyperlink will link you to the Record details page, such as participant types & linked members to it.
  • Action Status: This is a dynamic field that can be changed Manually or Automatically depending on the Program setup.
  • Enrolled on: This was the date when Record enrolled the Program.
  • Record Identifier = Name: As it is clear from the title, this column will display Records’ Names.
  • Participant A = Patient: This is the patient Participant that Admin/ Clinician have enrolled in the Program.
  • Participant B = Dentist: This column will show details on the Dentist or Clinician
  • Participant C = Mother (Parent): This is the column representing Parent/ Guardian enrolled for the study of Record.
  • Enrolment date: Sequentially, this column reflects the enrollment date for Parents/ Guardians enrolled.
  • Last data entry: The latest update made by Parents is displayed in this column.


Step 3: Filter the details of the Records

  • You can filter all of the above columns by clicking on “Filter Icon”. See the image below:


  • Users can alter their view by searching or filtering through the options, as shown in the image below:




Instructions to use Participants Dashboard:


Here is a step-by-step guide :)


Step 1: Click on the Participants Dashboard icon

  • To access the Participants Dashboard, you can start by clicking on the Participants Dashboard icon on the Home page.


Step 2: View features on the Participants Dashboard

  • Step 1 will navigate you to the Participants Dashboard. The image below highlights the tabular features that you can control on the Program dashboard. 


  • Here are the descriptions of the columns on the Participants dashboard:    


  • Name: This holds the name of the Participant enrolled in the survey. This is hyperlinked to the Participant’s Dashboard that shows all their details.


  • Program Adherence: It denotes the completion rate of a survey by the enrolled Participant or Participant. Where Green colour represents Completed & Yellow mustard colour denotes incomplete.
  • UR/MRN/Staff ID: This column displays the Participant’s Identification number.
  • Enrollment date: This shows when the Admin/ Clinician enrolled the Participant for the survey.
  • Last data entry: This represents the last date when a Participant has updated or completed the survey.
  • Patient contact: This column will include the Participant’s contact number.
  • Program name & Participant’s responses: Program name has an individual column on the dashboard. Questions are placed in the following columns with their responses noted in respective rows. For example, Sleep deprivation is a program to which the following questions & responses are being displayed.



Step 3: Filter the details of the Participants

  • On the right end of the page, you can apply a filter to these descriptors and choose required Columns.



  • Alternatively, you can use the Search tab instead.


Step 4: Export Program Data

  • You can also export this report to the Admin’s inbox (on the registered email ID) by clicking on the Export Program Data button, highlighted in the image below.
