Want to know how someone is engaging with your program? In this article, we will explain how the program adherence feature works in the Participant dashboard.

How program adherence works in WeGuide

In the Participant Dashboard page, you are able to see the program adherence for each participant. You will see the status of the last 5 engagements that are scheduled. So imagine that there are 10 engagements scheduled for the participant, then the program adherence overview will show the last 5 engagements that are scheduled. Underneath an example of how the program adherence can look.

For the last 5 engagements, we show the different engagement statuses with a coloured circle. Underneath an overview of the different statuses and their associated colours:

  • Green. The engagement is completed by the user.
  • Yellow. The engagement (e.g. survey) is available for the user to complete. When they would log in to the application, they can complete the engagement.
  • Red. The engagement has expired. The user has not completed the engagement. It could be that they partly completed it or didn't complete it at all.
  • Black. The engagement is scheduled for the user. It is not yet available for them to complete, no action is required.
