Modified on Fri, 21 Jan 2022 at 06:53 PM

This is a guide on how to view Participant, including Patient data, in WeGuide. As you may recall, in WeGuide we have Records, which can have one or multiple Participants (for more information on Records and Participants in WeGuide please see here). As an Admin or Clinician, you can navigate to a Record, and view the relevant Participant data for that Record.

Instructions to view Participant data

Step 1: Click on the Participant Dashboard link

  • First click on the Home button on the left hand side of the screen
  • Then, click on this icon to access the Participant Dashboard for the relevant Program that contains your Participant -
  • You now have a view of the Participant Dashboard

You can customise the view of your Dashboard by clicking on the "Choose columns" button, and select or deselect which columns you would like to display

Step 2: Click on the link of the Participant you would like to view detailed data for

  • If you click on the Name of the Participant that you would like to view the data for, you will be taken to the Participant Profile

Step 3: Select the relevant Record for this Participant in the drop down menu

  • Select the Record that relates to the Participant that you would like to analyse.

Step 4: Review the results of the Participant Record on their profile

Step 5: View the detailed results of your Participant data

  • You can click on the "View Details" button to see a detailed breakdown of the survey and the responses.
