How to use the History Log

In WeGuide, we keep track of all changes and page views by each user of the admin portal. In this article, we will explain how you can use the history log. 


How to use the history log


In order to use the history log, please follow the steps underneath. 


Step 1: Go to the history log page 

  • You can access the history log page via Settings --> History Log. This page is only accessible by administrators, not by clinicians. 


Access the History Log page via the settings tab in the sidebar and then click on History Log


Step 2: Inspect all views and changes


  • There are two tabs within the history log: View and Changes. 
  • The View tab shows you all the pages that have been viewed by the individual users of your system. You can search for a user, search for a specific page or just scroll through all the views yourself.
  • The Changes tab shows you all the changes that have been made in the system by all users, including changes that are made by the system itself. Clicking on View more give you more details on what changes are actually being made by the user or by the system. You can search for a user, search for a specific page or just scroll through all the views yourself.
