Metabase is a tool to allow you to analyse the data that you collect through your WeGuide implementation. You can analyse collected data and data relating to usability and users. 

Instructions to access Metabase

Here is the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Open Reporting

• Go to the Reporting tab and click on Open Reporting.
• Here is how it looks like:

Step 2: Sign in

• Please enter your registered Email Id and its corresponding password to sign in. This is the same details you use to login to the WeGuide Administration portal. 
• Here is how the sign-in page looks like:

Step 3: View personal dashboard

• The above step will redirect you to your dashboard.

• You can also view your questionnaires table here:

Step 4: Change features

• You can then change any features as you need.
• Here is where you can access the features:

• Search tab: You can use this tab to search your portal details such as the Users table, Events table, Questionnaires table, Program Users table, Audit Logs, Patients table, etc.
• Dataset: You can store your data related to your Orders, People, Products, Reviews in tabular format in a Dataset.
• Create: This feature allows you to create your New dashboard and help merge specific collections of dataset/ analysis.
• Settings: You can click on the settings button to track your account activity and edit credentials details.
