In this article, we will explain to you how you can export your program data, whereafter you can import it in your favourite tool. Feel free to use our interactive tutorial as well:

Export your program data

In order to export your program data, please follow the steps underneath

Step 1: Go to your record dashboard 

• Go to your record dashboard. Within the record dashboard, you will see an “Export program data” button. Click on this button to initiate the export process.

Step 2: Wait for the download to complete

• You will see a message that your download is in progress. You need to keep the record dashboard open until the download is complete. The download can take some time, especially if you have a lot of data in your program.

• Once we have prepared your program data, the file will automatically download to your computer and you can find it in the same place where downloaded files from your browser normally go.
• Open the CSV file with your program of choice (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, etc)
• For enhanced performance, in the event your program is large (>300 form results), you will receive a .zip file with data files for each form that is part of your program, instead of a single big file.
