In this article we will explain how you can upload a video to a video question in case your device has no camera
How to upload a video if my device has no camera
In order to upload a video, you will need to follow a few steps. We will explain each step in detail underneath.
Step 1: Click on start recording
- While you're on the video question, click on Start recording. If your video has instructions, you have to view the instructions first. Our app will now check if your device has a camera and if not, fallback to file-upload
Clicking on Start recording, this will allow our app to check if your device has a camera
Step 2: Upload your video
- In case your device doesn't have a camera, you will be prompted to upload your video. Tap on the purple square, whereafter you can select the video from your device's file manager.
- Selecting a file will start the upload process. If you've selected the wrong file, you can delete or replace it with a new one.
- Once the file has been uploaded, you can preview it, similar to what you would normally do after taking a video
