If you have forgotten your password, or are locked out of your account, you've come to the right place. Read the article underneath and/or view our interactive tutorial about account setup:
Forgot password
1. Click the Forgot your password.
2. Enter your Email and submit.
3. Go to your inbox and open the verification email.
4. Click on the link or button provided to reset your password.
Locked account
If you failed to 'Log in' with incorrect credentials more than 3 attempts, your account will be temporarily blocked for 15 minutes. We will send an e-mail to the user indicating that somebody has tried to login with their account and that it's locked for 15 minutes. The user needs to wait for 15 minutes before they can try to login again or they can click on the link provided in the e-mail to unlock their account and try logging in again
