In this article, we will explain how you can make sure you no longer receive messages from WeGuide.
Stop receiving communication as a participant
There are two ways to stop receiving messages from WeGuide (push, email, and SMS).
Method 1: Click on the link in the email or SMS message that you've received
- Depending on how your organisation has configured the WeGuide system, emails and/or SMS messages should have an opt-out link in them. If you click this link, you will be opted out and will no longer receive communications from WeGuide.

Method 2: Change the settings inside the application
- Login to the WeGuide application (or your custom application) and go to Settings.
- There will be a section called Receive messages for outstanding surveys and it will be set to Yes.
- Change the value to No by clicking on the row and selecting No.
- You will now no longer receive communication from WeGuide
