WeGuide allows Users to complete the questionnaires at their own pace by saving & resuming them at their convenience. Users can answer the questions now, exit and then continue later.

This video will help you to understand how to save and continue when completing the questionnaires: Save and continue

Here is the step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Save by clicking on the next question

  • A respondent can start the usual process of responding to the survey, and their responses will be auto-saved upon clicking on the next question.

Step 2: Exit to save

  • A respondent can Exit the questionnaire and resume at their convenience.

Step 3: Continue

  • A respondent can click on Continue to resume the survey from the user’s dashboard, as the image below:

Step 4: Submitting the response

  • A respondent will then need to finalise their questionnaire or survey to Submit
  • Please note that the Admin/ Clinician can only check the responses at Participant’s dashboard only once they have submitted their survey.

For details on checking the Participant’s response refer to this article: How to view Participant data in WeGuide
