How to cancel engagements for participants

In order to use manually cancel engagement for participants, please follow the steps underneath

Step 1: Login as an administrator

• Currently, you can only cancel engagements as an administrator. In the near future, cancelling engagements will be a program right, so that you can assign it to a role within the program

Step 2: Go to the participant schedule and click on "Cancel engagements"

• As an administrator, go to the individual participant page and click on the View Schedule button. This will open up the list with all the engagement that are available, scheduled, expired, cancelled or completed by the participant.
• Click on the button Cancel engagements and a modal will show up where you can continue with cancelling engagements

Step 3: Select the record and the engagement you want to cancel

• Select the record for which you want to cancel the engagements. It could be that a participant is related to multiple records. If you want to cancel all engagements for this participant, you will first need to cancel the engagement for the first record and then for the other records. 
• You will now be presented a list of engagements that are currently available or are scheduled. Select the engagements you want to cancel, or select all of them by click on the checbkox 
• Once you click on the red Cancel button, all the selected engagements will be cancelled. This is permanent and can't be reverted. Please be aware the the cancellation of engagements can take a few minutes, dependent on how many engagements you want to cancel. Once the engagement are cancelled, the changes will be reflected in the "Schedule" of the participant 

Select the engagements that you want to cancel and press Cancel X engagement(s) to continue with the cancellation process
