In this article, we will explain how you can delete an existing participant.
How to delete a participant
Follow the steps underneath to delete a participant
Step 1: Go to the participants page
- Via the left side menu, click on the Participants tab. This will open up the participant page. You can search for your participants by using the sorting and filtering functionalities available

Step 2: Delete a participant
- Click on the delete button as highlighted in the image above. This will bring up a modal that will ask you to confirm if you want to delete this participant.

Consequences of deleting a participant:
All collected data by this participant will be permanently deleted and will no longer be visible in the program export
When the participant tries to log in with email or mobile associated with this account, they will receive an error and won't be able to log in.
The participant will be logged out automatically in case they were logged in.
- The participant will be removed from the record.
All engagements for this participant will be removed.
No new engagements for this participant will be scheduled.
