In this article, we will explain to you the dynamic parameters that you can inject into your content. We will explain to you what they do and in which fields you can inject them



Dynamic Parameters in WeGuide


WeGuide has a few dynamic parameters that you can use. In the table underneath, we will describe the parameters and will outline in which fields you can use them.


Parameter NameShortcutDescription
Participant Name[participant_name]Show the first and last name of the participant. E.g. John Doe.
Participant Dashboard Link[participant_dashboard_link]Show the link that takes the participant to the "Your Actions" page when logged in. If the participant is not logged in yet, they will need to log in first.
Survey Link[survey_link]Show the link that takes the participant to their survey. If the participant is not logged in yet, they will need to log in first.

The survey link will remain valid for 30 days
Organisation Name[organisation_name]Show the name of the organisation as specified in the admin portal. E.g. Gotham Hospital.
Program Name[program_name]Show the name of the program that the participant is enrolled in. E.g. Blood Pressure Program 
Opt-out Link[opt_out_url]Show the link by which the participant can opt out of receiving further communications.
Magic Link[magic_link]Show the link by which the participant can confirm their login attempt.

The magic link is valid for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, the participant will need to request a new magic link

Underneath an overview of which shortcuts are supported in which fields in the admin portal. All these fields can be found via the Settings tab.
