In this article, we will explain to you how what notifications are and how you can set up your notification settings.
What are notifications in the context of WeGuide?
Notifications in WeGuide are any emails, SMS or Push Notification (ie native iOS or Android notification) that we send to Participants. In this article we are discussing general notifications which are the notifications that go out to all of your participants enrolled into any program in your environment.
Making your notifications fit your organisations tone and brand can be a great way to increase familiarity and build trust with your Participants.

How to set up your notifications in WeGuide
In order to set up notifications in WeGuide, you need to be an Administrator. Clinicians are not able to add or update any notification content. If you are an administrator your can click on the Settings menu and then on the Notification Content tab
1. Go to the notification content page
Click on Settings --> Notification Content in order to be taken to the page where you can change the notification content.

On this page, you're able to change the content of each notification that you're able to send out with our software. We'll explain each section in detail underneath. Within the content, you can inject Dynamic Parameters, which are explained here.
Let us now explain each section to you.

3. Add multi-language content
In case you've added multiple languages, then click on one of the languages tabs to update the language for that corresponding language.
