In this article we're going to explain how you can create new roles in your program and add users to it. Follow the steps provided to get started!


How to create a new role within your program and add a user.


In order to create roles and users, follow the steps underneath



Step 1: Click on User Management action

  • From the Edit Program page, click on the User Management action, which will bring you to the User Management page for the program. 


Step 2: Click on Program roles

  • Over here, click on Program Roles. This will navigate to the screen in the below image.



Step 3: Add new roles

  • After you've clicked on Program Role, you can add a new role. Give your role a name and press Save.



Step 4: Assign roles

  • Once your role has been added, click on Add New User to Program. From here, you are able to add an existing clinician to one of our assigned roles
