In this article, we will explain to you which parts of the program you can change after you've saved it initially. 

Program Setup: What you can and can't change

In WeGuide, we have put restrictions in place on what you can and can't change after you save your program. We do this because we need to maintain data integrity and ensure that all programs run smoothly, even after they've been live for months. Allowing changes can lead to loss of data, hence some fields can't be changed after you save a Program or Form. We will go through each section of the program setup and explain what can and can't be changed after saving. 

Program Settings

What CANNOT be changed once you Save a program

• Program Name. This cannot be changed after you save your program, so pick carefully. 
• Type of study. This dropdown value cannot be changed after saving your program. 
• Goal setting. This toggle cannot be changed.
• Verify date of birth. This toggle cannot be changed.
• Inclusion criteria. This functionality cannot be changed.

What CAN be changed once you Save a program

• Action status. This feature can be changed after you save your program.
• Welcome SMS/e-mail. This feature can be changed after saving your program. You can turn it on and off after you initially save the program and you're able to add languages and change the content of the SMS and/or e-mail.
• Program Information. This feature can be changed after you save your program. You can add generic program information, add sections, remove sections and change the content of the sections.

Engagements

• Engagements cannot be edited after you save them. The only two functionalities that are allowed are deleting the engagement and duplicating it.
